Review area - star selector not pulling through #4

Review star options do not seem to pull through on the order completion (when reviews are switched on). The button also does the container spin but won’t pass through as the star ratings are necessary.

For me it's a case of completing an order and then on the order completion page it seems to pull through blank. The button also does not appear. To do this the reviews must be switched on it course.
