This patch removes the unused antlr source code and compiled libraries in the lib folder. These files are not used, nor are they referenced by Babelfish Compass. It may confuse users to think we've customized antlr when we haven't or that we depend on ini4j when we don't. Having copies of these in the repository also uses up disk space and decreases the performance of git actions when cloning and otherwise interacting with the repo.
