More bug fixes for SteamUserStats #20

Some bug fixes for the following functions.

GetGlobalAchievementPercentagesForAppAsync : No parameters was passed in earlier; fixed.
GetGlobalStatsForGameAsync : No parameters was passed in earlier; fixed.
GetNumberOfCurrentPlayersForGameAsync : Parameters was added after CallMethodAsync; re-arranged to correct order now.
