What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

Consider allowing verbose-logging AND non-verbose-logging install option.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

This would prevent a database from filling too quickly.

For example, recently we had about 15K Elmah rows and it flooded SQL 
Express by creating over 4GB of data in our database.
