Demo is faulty - missing app_data and misnamed web.config

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download source
2. run demo
3. generate exceptions
4. attempt to view .axd

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Yellow Screens Of Death

Solution:
Add App_Data directory to solution.
Rename web.config.template to web.config
Demo now runs out of the box.

Also should provide guidance to set the pickupDirectoryLocation in order to 
enable 
mails

Are you downloading the source from the trunk or one of the branches/tags?

Did you run the demo using the supplied demo.cmd script? It is supposed to do 
both 
items that you indicated as the soltion:

- Add App_Data directory to solution.
- Rename web.config.template to web.config
