Added the BOOKWORM_TABLE_NAME and BOORMETADATA_TABLE_NAME variables for not to having to write BOOK*_TABLE_BASE_NAME+BOOK*_TABLE_VERSION.

Added the report_query_execution_error function to get rid of repetitive code.

Many thanks for the PR, it cleans up a bit of repetitive code and logic and as you mentioned it improves readability
