4 years ago Is it just the icon files which are under CC0 1.0 license - the icons are from elementary icon set, so I'm not sure if I can apply the license on it. Secondly, I'm not sure if we should be adding readme files in the subdirectory or call out from a parent readme file. Will take some guidance from the elementary project itself
