Merge changes from dev about adding setting for screen sized pages #335

hi. many thanks for the PR. can you please do a PR into dev branch. the master is the stable branch which people install from and hence the request to change dev and then bundle all changes into master once tested

tried to change the target of this PR into dev, but not able to do so - can you please raise against the dev branch if you feel this PR is still relevant
