Bookworm Flatpak not opening in Linux Mint 21.3 "Virginia" Cinnamon Edition #393

Not opening through launcher. Tried opening with the command
$ flatpak run com.github.babluboy.bookworm It returned with this error error: runtime/org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/42 not installed
