Refined usage statistic #1

Not all ISPs start billing on the first of month. Would be helpful to see a custom date range to monitor network usage for that period.

Thanks Arjun for the suggestion, I understand the use case you have sighted - will be good to have a date range to measure network bandwidth usage. I have raised a blueprint for this on Launchpad: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nutty/+spec/bandwidth-range
