Made changes to files under the debian directory to confirm with the latest Debian Policy version 4.7.0.0, released on 7th April 2024.These changes include:-
Deleting the compat file as it is no more the part of new debian specification and is deprecated.
Making changes to the control file confirming to the new specification.
Added changes & contributors list for the new Nutty 2.0 release in the changelog file.Please add other contributors @babluboy
Also made change to appdata.xml files in data directory to fix wrong date format.
