libxml-2.0 vs libxml2 Debian #77

I can't, I don't care anymore. Just installed bunch of dependencies only to come to libxml 2.0 which in Debian is named libxml2 and nutty asks for libxml-2.0

babluboy commented 3 years ago

Can you try to install libxml2-devel (or libxml2-dev on some distros) using your distributions package manager.

Saw this on a related post:

Got it thanks, *(&%! who ever invented Linux? :)

Gonna go see what your baby does :)

Well I got:

Got Error[Error creating textual authentication agent: Error opening current controlling terminal for the process (/dev/tty): No such device or address] in executing command [/usr/share/com.github.babluboy.nutty/scripts/nutty_nmap_scripts.sh /tmp/nutty_nmap_device_scan_results.xml 10.0.0.1/24]

I selected device scan on my NIC, didn't do sudo, gonna do try sudo now.

GogoFC commented 3 years ago

Yeah sudo worked :) I see my devices, thanks.

babluboy commented 3 years ago

great - i thought when running the device scan nutty should have prompted you for the sudo password?

GogoFC commented 3 years ago

No it didn't ask for password, just ran as regular user I guess, running from terminal or dmenu.
