Be careful when moving from cozy to cozy-deps #16

Removing cozy results in removing of all apps, /etc/cozy, logs, etc…

So, backup what you want before hand, else your going to get yourself into troubles like me.

Especially, you might want to backup certs under /etc/cozy if you don’t have them elsewhere, and /usr/local/var/cozy content.
