Tutorial arrow for timeline entries

• Refactor of how tutorial arrows are rendered in general.
• [x] Add pointer to timeline entries and make sure that scrolling still works correctly
• [x] Add back dismiss-counter feature
• [x] The new tutorial message weirdly shows and when one swipes left/right to different children. Also when minimizing and maximizing the app... it all is really buggy...
  • [x] Fill-rate for the list on "actual android" is too slow and message still looks janky when swiping sideways!
• [x] Tutorial arrow in back is invisible when in dark-mode!
