Translations refactor and add Dutch translations

Added features

• Add verification script allowing for a quick comparison of Phrase-placeholder use between translated strings.xml files
• Add Dutch translations from https://github.com/babybuddy/babybuddy-for-android/pull/70
  • Small fixups for the translations
• Remaining issues:
  • [x] App still attempts to read feeding-values from translation lists. Not good, because these are enum values that cannot be translated.
  • [x] Maybe also relevant for other array-values. Need to grep through the project one last time
  • [x] Translated help file is not yet being processed. Need to expand processing script to deal with translated files.
  • [x] Cancel saving not working. Hint: I think there was a missing "children" filter somewhere!
