fix: Add BLS flags in make #91

On Ubuntu if you make build, it will build binaries but on accessing staker daemon I see this error

ubuntu@ip-172-31-85-49:~/btc-staker/build$ ./stakerd
Caught SIGILL in blst_cgo_init, consult <blst>/bindings/go/README.md.
