Eots refactor #27

Closes #10, and then some.

Refactor includes:

Proper error enums.
Non-snake case renaming.
API simplification / ergonomics.
Support for compressed and uncompressed serialised public randomness.
Fix for derived y-coordinate parity (for public randomness).

Not included here, but nice to have / for a follow-up:

Better / discriminated error messages ("invalid hash" vs. "invalid length" errors).
Docs improvements / updates.
Better encapsulation / wrapping of the different types (and use methods instead of helper functions).
Better naming / use Traits for serialisation / deserialisation.
Accept messages directly instead of message hashes.
...

Also, it would be good to fix EOTS datagen first:
