Fix/cross contract query #40

The current impl based on raw queries is broken. Created #41 to address this in a future iteration / as a future improvement.

Tested under local deployment and https://github.com/babylonlabs-io/babylon-sdk/pull/22. Multitest would probably be added when addressing https://github.com/babylonlabs-io/babylon-contract/issues/41
