Unit test to cover psbt signHashType #20

Once https://github.com/bitcoinjs/bitcoinjs-lib/issues/2157 has been addresses. Add some unit tests in to make sure the psbt is using the Transaction.SIGHASH_DEFAULT for its sighashType
