'Change your browsing history' permission - no longer required? #355

Hi, thanks for a great extension.

I saw issue #321 . It seems that things may have changed since then, as there is now a singular "Read your browsing history" permission available to extensions. Would it be possible to downgrade this extension's permissions request so it only takes r/o for History, and not r/w?

I can understand the r/w being still required for Bookmarks as you now have the feature to delete them, but for History it seems the write access should no longer be required?

Bump to keep this open, I'm doubtful that this permission is required any longer.
