Show full nodeID and executionID with `--wide` flag #4038

Similar to bacalhau job list --wide where we return full job ID instead of its truncated shorter version, we should do the same for bacalhau node list --wide to show full nodeIDs, and to bacalhau job executions --wide to show full nodeIDs and executionIDs
