LS Dashboard - separate out Amplify and Lilypad jobs #101

Separate the job data from postgres to identify Amplify and Lilypad jobs, and put them into their own datasets, and create a dataset excluing these jobs in order to minimise the amount of self reporting that we are doing

Done, we now have three seaparte datasets in the dash board: Amplify, Lilypad and 'everything else' which I have temporarily labeled as just Bacalhau
