Allow customized backups location #17

Sorry, my bad. My head was in a different Symfony2 project where the web-path is usually a subdirectory of the installation dir and is publicly accessible. This is of course not the case with bolt :)

Thanks a lot, merging it in.

Didn't see your reply before I wrote mine! Thanks for the merges! If it would be possible for you to tag a release for these merges it would be great, then I can delete my fork from my satis. Thanks!
