Optimize Visual Assets #34

Hey,

this PR makes sure the visual assets (icon, screenshots) fit into Bolts new recommendations. You can find them here: https://docs.bolt.cm/3.0/extensions/basics/store-visual-assets

All you need is to press the "Merge pull request" button below and trigger the update in the Bolt Store.

How to trigger the update in the Bolt Store

Cool, thanks! Feel free to also submit a PR with an updated design of the icon, like... an actually good looking one :shipit: 😆

Haha, maybe later. Currently I just want to fix file size and stuff to improve the store performance. We are already under 5mb on the homepage (down from 16mb).
