Added option to add and remove fields from a manuitem and added dutch translation #37

Hey @navelpluisje, one nitpick with this:

You don't need to add to translations that are untranslated. If the translation does not exist in the chosen language it will fallback to the default (en_GB or en).

I'll update the sv_SE ones when this is merged :)

@SahAssar Thanx for letting me know. While installing the extension the first time I had some issues with the translations. Thats the reason I did this. But I'll keep in mind for the next time;-)
