Set fieldtypes for the editor #45

Added a gulp file which moves the web folder to public on changes. Added some lines to the readme. Added option to disable adding extra fields Added option for setting fieldtypes per field per menu (text, textarea, select, checkbox)

Did found some minor issues. Please do not merge right now.

@navelpluisje I think @bacbos has been busy with non-bolt work for a while now... :(

I think it looks like an awesome feature, even though I haven't got the chance to try it, so I hope it gets in :) .
