[WIP] IE11 Fix #77

~Insofar: This doesn't seem to break anything.~

When multiple: true is gone, it gives errors when trying to add a second element

Probably better to wait for Select2 to fix this

Yeah, see bolt/bolt/issues/5676 and #33 for some details... not sure how to fix this without rewriting it to not use select2 or getting a fix and release in upstream.
