What steps will reproduce the problem?

"[Error] Последовательность не содержит 
элементов" or "There was an unhandled error"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise

Please provide any additional information below.
I was trying to open offline and online mode, but it dosent help. And 
additional when i try to open it on offline mode i've got this error: "[Error] 
Последовательность не содержит элементов"

This is due to Procurement not having data for a specific league, I would 
suggest doing a fresh install of 1.2.1 and logging in.
