Do you have any old race characters you haven't logged in to for a while? The 
error is that Procurement is getting blank data back from GGG, which is often 
caused by old race characters or characters from leagues that have ended.

I've just released Procurement 1.5.3, please retest and open a new ticket if 
you still have issues with 1.5.3
