Game crash on Trading Tab

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.4 Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Procurement
2. Click on Trading Tab
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of bringing up the trading section, the program crashes.

Please provide any additional information below.

Something is incorrect with your buyouts.xml file, you'll need to use a 
new/default buyouts file, if you have a ton of buyouts you don't want to lose 
see if you can copy a few of them over without the trading view crashing
