Crash on load completion

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.2 I am using Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Procurement
2.Login
3.Let it load all of the tabs/art for currency and items
4.Crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the normal landing page upon loading. I get an error 
instead that results in a crash.

Please provide any additional information below.

I am not running the game through Steam. I have edited the settings to only 
load certain characters and certain leagues.

Same thing happened to me just now;

- succesfull login & loading of all stashes 
- then when everythings loaded, when you select a league, the error exception 
pops up, see pic
- win 7 64 bit, worked fine earlier this morning, fresh reinstall didnt bring 
solution
