What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Starting up procurement
2.logging in and receive the error
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to log me in, i see "there was an unhandled error
Please provide any additional information below.

im not very smart.... didnt see the part about 1.7.3.  I dont know how to 
delete the issue.
