Crashing on startup

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.0 Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Starting the program
2.Loading all the charactars and tab's and after it's done all that it says 
*Done and then i get a error message, ill add a screenshot bellow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Insted of the program starting i see this

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried to reinstall the program, doesnt work
also restarting computer and turning of other programs.

This issue is fixed in 1.8.1, which should be released soon. Please retry with 
1.8.1 and if you still have problems log a new ticket.
