Troubadix commented 4 years ago

Hi,

got an Fujitsu Celsius H780 which works with 6x4 hex code, not 5x4. Please add support. Thanks.

1000i100 commented 4 years ago

I just recovered my Fujitsu Lifebook E544 with 6x4 hex code, so 6x4 is supported.

Troubadix commented 4 years ago

No, does not work for me. Code is 203c-d001-f33b-a719-73ca-8dbf

1000i100 commented 4 years ago

Strange, i've also test with your code an no error message in the console, so it fail, but worst, it silently fail. Before to fix that, we should add explicit error in console to be able to target the problem.

olof-nord commented 3 years ago

It also does not work for me. Model is Fujitsu u749.

Have tried with a few different system disabled codes (all 6x4 hex), and they are generating the same master password which doesnt work.

When generating the password no error is shown.

dHumanities commented 3 years ago

Same here and the hash code is 203c-d001-...... also.

fuji-stack commented 3 years ago

It also doesnt work for me (also 203c-d001-...) Can you please add 6x4 hex password generation.

Hello all, I have same Problem. I need a Master Password for a Fujitsu Lifebook E5410KP, what give me a 203c-d001 .... Code.

The code at this time is: 203c-d001-1973-56eb-e334-9a62

All Sides, Tools or Python Scripts I found are not working.

Is there any solution at this time?

There is a Payside, which can give you Master Passwords with this format, so its in priciple able. I think, at this time, he have a Monopol. ;)

I hope, anybody can help, or I must pay ;(

Thanks in advance, Randyandy1967

polloloco commented 1 year ago

I've encountered the same issue a few months ago and wrote a small tool to generate the password, you can find it here: https://gitlab.com/polloloco/fujitsu-bios-unlocker Maybe I'll create a PR for this repo to implement the same algorithm soon

My code is 203c-d001-042c-6d7d-6a0e-7be0

@pta- In your case the password would be ee88aee6

Good day BiosMan65,

thank you very much for your offer.

Unfortunately, as a "non-developer" I currently can't get rust to work. I get an error when running the "cargo run" command that the "link.exe" is found.

My code is: 203C-D001-9ED1-2FC3-816A-15A4

Quick question of understanding: I enter the master password "blind" directly in the current "System Disabled" window and press enter, correct? On reboot, the "System Disabled" code is reset, correct?

I thank you and Polloloco very much in advance!

Best regards

No, if I recall correctly after you receive the disabled code, you reset (reboot) the system and then enter the master password. The master password only changes if you enter the three service passwords and receive a new disabled code.

You probably don't have the Visual Studio Build Tools installed, but don't worry. In your case the password for 203C-D001-9ED1-2FC3-816A-15A4 should be 7537cd6c @TheDoctor5613

I made a small webbased version of my tool, should be easier to use than compiling everything manually @TheDoctor5613

If anyone is interested, we have made a Python version of the script. Feel free to use it! https://github.com/Trump125532/Fujitsu-Bios-Unlocker-Python

Hello, For Fujitsu U729 and U7310 I'm not able to generate the 6x4 code , it report only "System disable" . I tested the both set of codes of service passwords mentioned in your instructions . Any idea is welcomed .

If anybody have a dump (bin file) for these 2 models , let me know please !

Thank you !

@digittall Hey, from my experience you only get the option to reset the password if the bios has a certain bios option set. It has three states, one allows to reset the password with physical access, the other allows service access (enter three service passwords and get disabled code) and the other permanently locks it I believe. Have you already tried to reset the bios? Either by removing the cmos battery or if that doesn't work, set the recovery mode jumper on your mainboard
