Summary of updates

pspm_doc
- Updated to read pspm_tam properly. Previously the table is not structured well.
pspm_doc_gen
- New function pspm_doc_gen can generate help documents from functions through batch processing.
pspm_load_data, pspm_tam
- Get adopted with the requirement in pspm_doc.
pspm_doc_test
- Now tests both pspm_doc and pspm_doc_gen.
- Updated to include all functions and called by pspm_test and pspm_test_github_actions
