ads opt out option for android phone #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.won't stay in opt out 
2.when I clear cookies 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Stupid ads again 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cell phone. Android, all my Google apps

my email has been disabled when used in phone. I wish it abled and redirected 
for use in phone setting
