Some Haxe 3 tink.macro compatability fixes

Hopefully these changes for Haxe3 are of use (i've been using this branch while migrating mockatoo)

• support for TAbstract in TypeTools.toComplex
• improved handling of KTypeParamater(?) in TypeTools.toComplex
• remapping of Hash and IntHash to Map
• added back missing semi-colons that complier complained about
