travix release silently skips when dependency format is wrong #103

This release operation didn't fail, but also didn't upload anything to haxelib. https://travis-ci.org/haxetink/tink_web/jobs/426020514#L507

The reason is the invalid dependency version string: "tink_http": "gh:haxetink/tink_http"
