README update: fix github download instructions #267

I can't figure out how to reopen #260, so this is a new PR.

Hi @tanyabouman - thank you for your contributions to Backdrop. It is probably best to create an issue for this and then link this PR to it with the words: Fixes #xxx as the first line in your PR description above. where xxx is the issue number. There isn't a maintainer mentioned in the README, but if you tag @backdrop-contrib/bug-squad - they should be able to help.
