Add common stub modules here to make upgrade easier #35

Makes it easier for people to get their Drupal 7 site ready for upgrade. Some common stub modules are entity_plus, entity_ui.

I'm assuming you are recommending we add these to the upgrade instructions, and not actually add the Backdrop code to the Drupal module. Do you have any recommendations on how/where the upgrade instructions should be added?
