List which modules are renamed from D7 to Backdrop #9

Some modules were renamed for backdrop but have an upgrade path. There is even a case where a module was in D7 core but has two different contrib modules with an upgrade path in Backdrop.

Might be good to capture these in this module. I'm guessing it needs to be hard-coded.
