Support D7 to Backdrop export #2

Thank you for great module @serundeputy! Is it possible to extend it to work with d7 to export content from old sites and import to Backdrop?

As I know the only working module with same functionality for Backdrop is Feeds. But it is heavy and complicated. BIEN could be a good replacement.
