Config won't import #3

Looks like it is missing a hook_config_info function so the config won't import when deploying

And here I thought coder_upgrade would do everything. Thanks for flagging it!

PR to follow. (It also will fix the missing configure = admin/config/user-interface/bigmenu in the .info file.)
