Feature request - Add Starterkits #16

I wish starterkits can be added to the Bootstrap Lite for those who want to create a sub theme, especially for the beginner, at least include the CDN to begin with. Thanks !

With recent changes:

CDN is included and turned on by default
While Bootswatch themes are front and center in settings, default is to not use Bootswatch, which is probably what would be wanted with someone creating a subtheme.
All theme settings are working "out of the box" (at least, as far as we know).

So I think this issue has been addressed. We'll leave this issue open a little longer for further comment and then if there's nothing more, will close it presently.
