Fixed Issue: Update README #3 #8

Added the new styling as presented in the template, also did some extra and commented out yet unused segments.

It looks like there's still some work to be done here, are you still on it @prpwien? At a glance I see the boilerplate names of people at the bottom (maintainer, porter, Drupal folk) haven't been updated, and there are a lot of Drupal-specific references that could be changed to Backdrop equivalents (or potentially removed if there is no Backdrop equivalent yet).

Hey, I didn't update them since I did not know the specifics of the project (maintainers, porter, Drupal folk). I'll do it, if you let me know what and who to insert there. 😄

Thanks @prpwien I suppose I'm the maintainer and porter (though it's not complete yet) and as far as Drupal folks their names will need to be gathered from the maintainers list on the Drupal version: https://www.drupal.org/project/breakpoints
