BUEditor Plus has profiles much like wysiwyg so different editors can be used for different filters. Provides more control over where editors appear.

Might want to also let this take over editor assignment from BUEditor https://www.drupal.org/node/1786686

Could you please try the latest dev and see if this has already been fixed as lots of things changed since then?
