Add video filter button #8

Could create an icon for inserting videos and use this button contribution. Requires video_filter module (which has already been ported to Backdrop).

I took over this module 3 years ago while this issue seems to been created back in 2015. Not sure if it's still actual for you, but while unfortunately I don't have time for implementing additional features, I'm ok if you file PR or just close this issue.
