Changing backdrop.org links to their correct URLs. #9

I just discovered Backdrop's coding standards pages, so I need to update the PR to use those links.

The links I thought were to Drupal's Coding Standards were actually to the D6 to D7 upgrade notes, which does not exist for Backdrop, so they did not need correcting like I thought. However, I discovered some of them were incorrect, and so I fixed them all.
