We have been working on a newer port of the commerce module for Backdrop and would like to release it here so folks can test. It appears to be mostly working and we are getting ready to launch a site using commerce pretty simply in Backdrop, although it still needs help in some areas.
Ideally, we'd move what's in this repository to a 1.x-old branch and replace with our port that started from the latest release of d7 commerce that included some PHP 8.1+ fixes etc.
