Enable project installer module after d2b import is completed #46

Project installer is disabled after d2b import is completed, it will be very helpful if this it enabled after upgrade is completed similarly to setting admin theme to Backdrop Basic.

This is the case also with the "official" method of D7 upgrades, not just d2b. Project installer is always disabled after the upgrade. So, perhaps this should a core issue, not a d2b one.

@argiepiano , should I close this issue and open only core or keep both?

I'd suggest to keep it open here. The maintainer for d2b may want to include this (enabling Project installer upon upgrade) as as feature of this module, rather than waiting for it to be added to core (which usually takes a long time).
